The International Conference on Smart Energy (ICSNRG 2022) has been held on September 17th and 18th in Adelaide, Australia and Shanghai, China. The conference has been developed to provide networking and collaborating opportunities for practitioners in the fields of smart energy, low-carbon community, renewable energy and storage, as well as associated artificial intelligence (AI) applications. It is expected to engage the international participation of academics, researchers, and professional practitioners to share knowledge and experience from the frontiers of research and practices. The sharing of ideas would bridge the gaps and enrich the understanding at a systemic cross- disciplinary perspective.ICSNRG 2023 has been held on July 29-30,2023 in Fengfang Town ,Hunan Province ,China ,over six invited scientists have made key reports .
